This is a game where you dig to find materials to sell to buy upgrades to dig for more expensive materials.

Move using A and D, jump with W or spacebar (you have a double jump).

Move close to a mineable block and hold down left click on the block to mine it. Use the scroll wheel to zoom in/out.

Press T to open the Tchotchke menu

i think it's missing a block building feature, since you can often dig in such a way that it's not possible to get higher up
